The Dole South Africa Graduate Programme is designed to identify and develop high-potential young graduates, offering them the opportunity to gain real-world experience in the fruit sector while being supported and coached by industry experts.

Why join the Dole Graduate Programme?
At the heart of Dole’s success lies our commitment to developing our people. Through this programme, graduates are placed in meaningful business roles that provide hands-on exposure to key aspects of the fresh produce value chain — from production to marketing, logistics, and supply management.
